Dana is a registered dietitian and exercise physiologist with over 20 years of experience in nutritional counseling and personal training. For more than 15 years, Dana has served as a professor in Nutrition and Exercise Science, sharing her knowledge and expertise with our Mii amo guests, her students and professionals alike. Her research focuses on fitness gains and aging, contributing valuable insights into how individuals can optimize their health and performance throughout their lives. Dana’s comprehensive approach integrates academic rigor with practical application, reflecting a lifelong dedication to enhancing wellbeing through evidence-based practices.
