Rest, Reset, Renew

December 6-9, 2026  |  Mariposa Obsidiana

ABOUT THE SERIES:

Many of us have learned to move through our days on momentum alone. Doing more, feeling less, and treating stillness as something to earn rather than something to practice. This three-day series offers a different pace.

Each day is designed with intention, building on the one before. Beginning with rest and recovery, moving toward clarity and focus, and settling into a more grounded way of engaging with daily life. Through mindfulness, somatic awareness, guided meditation, and experiential practices drawn from both modern neuroscience and time-tested wisdom traditions, we will explore practices that support a quieter mind, steadier focus, deeper access to creativity, and a more grounded sense of connection to your daily life.

Guests may attend one, two or all six 90-minute sessions. $35 per session for Enchantment guests. Each session builds upon preceding content, yet can also be attended as a single, independent session.

Private sessions are also available by reservation.

To reserve a session, please email concierge, by phone at 928.204.6300 or by dialing 301 from your guestroom phone.

DAY ONE | December 7

Session 1, 9:30 - 11 am | Journey Lounge

Grounding & Centering — The Art of Slowing Down

Most of us arrive carrying the weight of a mind that hasn’t stopped moving. This opening session invites a different pace — drawing from mindfulness, somatic awareness, and earth-based perspectives to explore what it feels like to slow down, settle in, and let the body lead.

Through guided grounding meditation, breath-based somatic practices, and quiet reflective inquiry, we begin the work of coming home to ourselves, developing a deeper awareness of the body as an anchor for presence.

Session 2, 4:30 - 6 pm | Journey Lounge

Micro-Mindfulness — Practical Tools for Everyday Presence

Presence doesn’t always ask for much. Sometimes a single breath, a deliberate pause, a moment of sensory stillness is enough to shift the quality of an entire day.

This session explores how brief, simple mindfulness practices can be woven naturally into the rhythms of daily life. Through breathwork, sensory awareness, and mindful transitions, we explore how to recognize and return to those moments, again and again, wherever the day takes you.

DAY TWO | December 8

Session 1, 9:30 - 11 am | Journey Lounge

The Power of Pause — Creating Space for Choice

We rarely notice how quickly we move from feeling to reacting until we begin to slow that gap down. This session invites you to slow into that space, to understand how intentional pauses can interrupt stress patterns and improve clarity in decision-making and communication.

Through breathwork, reflective inquiry, and simple calming practices, we explore what it feels like to pause before responding and what becomes possible in that space. You will create your own Pattern Interrupt Cards: personal, tangible reminders of the practices and intentions that help you return to your center, wherever the day takes you.

DAY TWO | December 8

Session 2, 4:30 - 6 pm | Journey Lounge

Flow States & Focus — Unlocking Creativity & Performance

There are moments in the day when everything seems to fall into rhythm. Focus sharpens, ideas surface naturally, and effort feels almost effortless. This session explores what it takes to find your way into that state and how to recognize the conditions that help you stay there.

Through guided practice, you’ll explore how presence and reduced resistance open the door to deeper concentration and creative expression. We close with a watercolor experience, not to produce a finished piece, but to discover what it feels like when your mind settles, your hand moves freely, and creativity begins to find its flow.

DAY THREE | December 9

Session 1, 9:30 - 11 am | Journey Lounge

Living from Within — Presence, Clarity & Connection

So much of how we move through the world is shaped by what we carry within — our values, our patterns, the quiet sense of who we are beneath the roles we fill. This session invites you to turn inward: to deepen awareness of your internal states, explore what it means to be truly present with others, and begin to clarify what most matters to you.

You’ll explore how presence and authentic expression naturally inform the way you communicate, relate, and engage with daily life. You will compose your own personal statement card — a simple, grounding keepsake that holds the words and intentions you want to carry forward.

DAY THREE | December 9

Session 2, 4:30 - 6 pm | Journey Lounge

Renew & Integrate — Moving Forward with Clarity

This final session is an opportunity to pause and begin to see the insights and shifts that have quietly taken shape over these three days, translating them into sustainable, real-world practices you can return to long after you’ve left the Canyon. Through reflective practice, you’ll explore what has moved, what has clarified, and what you want to tend to next.

We close together with a group experience designed to feel both uplifting and deeply grounding:  a Group Integrated Energy Attunement to support alignment and integration with one’s empowered self. Energizing your path forward.
