In this series of immersive sessions – rooted in neuroscience, language, and the wisdom of how humans change – author and optimism expert Case Kenny offers a guided journey into the heart and science of optimism. Through reflection, conversation, and hands-on exercises, you’ll reconnect with your own sense of possibility, give shape to a future that feels deeply yours, and leave with the clarity and courage to move toward it.

You’ll discover how language shapes emotion, identity, and behavior, then work through guided prompts to build your own personal mantra. You’ll leave with a framework for creating optimism in your daily life, a better emotional vocabulary for navigating stress and overthinking, and a simple, empowering phrase rooted in self-belief.

Delusion

You’ll learn how to visualize a future that doesn’t yet exist – not through vague daydreaming, but through a structured method that makes an unrealized future feel familiar to the brain. Through guided visualization exercises and reflection, you’ll discover why sequence matters when pursuing goals, how to close the gap between who you are now and who you’re becoming, and how to turn productive delusion into a tool for real momentum.

Audacity

You’ll learn that audacity (bold action) is a learnable skill and that confidence doesn’t precede bold action – it follows it. Through a mix of guided reflection, practical frameworks, and writing exercises, you’ll discover the difference between actions that keep you comfortable and actions that expand your identity, how to root self-belief in effort rather than qualities, and how to build your own “Bold Plan” – one clear, energizing, values-aligned next step that feels honest, grounded, and doable.
