Join us for a series of specialty sessions designed to cultivate a lasting gratitude practice and mindset that will invite greater joy, purpose, and intention into your life. You may choose to attend one, two or all of the sessions.

Session One | 9:30 am - 11:00 am, Mii amo Journey Lounge
Everyday Gratitude
This session focuses on amplifying your gratitude for the everyday – the things you might take for granted or not notice.
Your heart will open as you learn how to infuse more gratitude into the moments of your life. You will leave with techniques and ideas to start a meaningful gratitude practice in your daily living.
Session Two | 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm, Meet in Mii amo Journey Lounge
Walking Meditation
Immerse yourself in the beauty of Boynton Canyon and the awe-inspiring landscape that surrounds Mii amo with a mindful walk designed to awaken your senses and deepen your appreciation for the beauty of Mother Nature.
Following your walk, step into the heart of Mii amo, the Crystal Grotto, to create your own prayer ties, which are sacred bundles that serve as offerings of prayers, intentions, and gratitude.

Gratitude for Others
Reflect on the meaningful relationships in your life and the beauty, growth, and lessons they’ve brought to your journey.
Through this process, you’ll deepen your gratitude for those you love while nurturing forgiveness and acceptance for any challenges those relationships may have carried.

Loving Kindness
Loving-Kindness Meditation, also known as Metta, is a heart-centered practice where you intentionally extend wishes of compassion, wellbeing, and goodwill—first to yourself, and then outward to others, including loved ones, acquaintances, and even all beings everywhere.
This gentle yet powerful meditation cultivates empathy, emotional resilience, and a deeper sense of connection with those around you. It can soften the heart, heal emotional wounds, and strengthen relationships by fostering genuine care and understanding.
As part of this session, you will also be guided to create a meaningful “Gratitude Visit”—a thoughtful plan to express heartfelt appreciation to someone special in your life. This intentional act of gratitude can become a transformative experience for both you and the person you choose to honor.

Gratitude Dinner
Enjoy a delicious dinner at Hummingbird at the community table where you will be led through your meal with intention, greater gratitude and thanksgiving for the food that nourishes your body, mind, and soul.

Gratitude for Self
Gratitude is often directed outward—toward the people, experiences, and blessings that surround us. But how often do we turn that same appreciation inward?
In this session, you’ll be invited to shift the focus and explore what it means to offer gratitude to the one person who has been with you through every moment of your life: yourself. Through guided reflection, you’ll uncover the beauty of self-compassion, acknowledge your personal growth, and honor the strength, resilience, and unique qualities that make you who you are.
This is an opportunity to recognize your worth, embrace your journey, and deepen your capacity for self-love. After all, who is more deserving of your gratitude than you?
