Your Personalized Roadmap Towards Longevity

December 8 – 11, 2024  | Dana Jacko, MS, RD  About Dana>

ABOUT THE SERIES:

At Mii amo, the elements that contribute to longevity are interwoven into the fabric of what we have practiced for over 23 years. Our time-honored traditions foster a holistic approach to long-term health with every element offering the potential to connect to oneself, breaking down barriers between mental and physical wellbeing.

With a holistic approach, Mii amo’s personalized Journeys encompass the four pillars of mindfulness, movement, nutrition and community. While each pillar intertwines with the other – you may choose to explore which pillar supports your pursuit of living a longer, healthier, and more fulfilling life while being present with your current stage in life. Our approach is about returning back to the basics; removing the “one size fits all” approach to curating a path towards longevity.

Hand-in-hand with your personal Journey Guide, enveloped in the beauty and power of the canyon, this series offers personalized experiences intended to strengthen connections for a deeper, more fulfilling, longer and healthier life.
