DAY ONE | August 17

Session 1, 9:30 - 11 am | Journey Lounge

Doshas - Your Mind, Body and Emotional Blueprint

In Ayurveda, your dosha represents your unique constitution, a blend of the physical, mental, and energetic qualities that shape who you are. Understanding your dosha can provide valuable insight into your natural tendencies, strengths, and areas where imbalance may occur.

A foundational concept in Ayurveda, doshas are categorized into three primary energies, each associated with specific elements, qualities, and functions within the body and mind. These energies influence everything from digestion and energy levels to emotions, behavior, and overall wellbeing.

In this session, you’ll uncover your unique Ayurvedic dosha and learn how this ancient wisdom can help you create greater balance, harmony, and vitality in your daily life. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your personal constitution and practical insights for supporting your health, wholeness, and wellbeing.
