Tamara Faust
Tamara is a seasoned therapist with over 20-years experience in the healing arts and at Mii amo since 2011. As a lifelong learner who is passionate about healing, she loves to combine travel with study and education. She has spent time in India training in Clinical Yoga & Ayurveda, Vipassana meditation, hospice care and teachings with the Dalai Lama.
Tamara travels to Sante Fe, New Mexico quarterly to participate in a 3-year Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Practitioner training program accredited by the North American Association of Craniosacral Practitioners. This training offers new insights on how to work with the energetic body, subtle anatomy, the nervous system and trauma resolution skills. As a result of this Biodynamic craniosacral therapy skillset, she is able to deeply tune into client needs leading to excellent results in sessions addressing challenges such as chronic pain/illness, mental/emotional stress, grief, shock/trauma, life transitions and more.
In her free time, Tamara can be found relaxing or hiking with her Navajo rescue dogs and tending to all the flowering and edible plants in her landscape garden surrounding her home in the Verde Valley.
