Your all-inclusive Journey includes three meals daily at Hummingbird, as well as juices and smoothies from the Juice Bar.
Executive Chef - Zach Woodworth
Zach Woodworth, Executive Chef at Hummingbird at Mii amo, brings nearly a decade of fine dining and luxury resort experience. Originally from Hudson, NY, he has honed his craft at renowned Relais & Châteaux properties such as Blantyre in the Berkshires, Old Edwards Inn & Spa, and the five-star Le Bristol in Paris.
Chef Zach’s philosophy is rooted in simplicity perfected, utilizing clean ingredients that reflect a deep respect for the land and food sources, featuring Arizona purveyors like K4 Copper State Beef and Hayden Flour Mills grains. He seeks to create an inviting dining experience where guests feel welcomed like family, offering comfort and familiarity while nourishing them in every way—mind, body, and spirit.
Restaurant Manager - Michael Pilsl
Originally from Germany, Michael brings warmth and a welcoming presence to Hummingbird. His genuine smile and personalized touch create an immediate connection, setting the tone for a memorable dining experience. With a unique blend of professionalism, attention to detail, and approachable ease, daily conversations with Michael bring positive energy to your day. Hummingbird
Hummingbird at Mii amo, our signature restaurant, showcases an eclectic culinary program focused on wellness, a cornerstone of the Mii amo experience. Designed to be an airy, light-filled space by day and a tranquil, candlelit space by night, the restaurant sources seasonal produce from its own Chef’s Garden as well as from nearby farms, ranches and orchards.
Juice Bar
The Juice Bar provides refreshing and nutritious beverages by day and full bar and wine service in the evenings.
